www.BeaconHomeGuide.com was created by Laurie Proulx, and named after her dog Beacon. Her vision is for this site to be a real estate resource and guide for home buyers, home sellers, and the community.

Laurie grew up in Bedford, Massachusetts, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Lowell and obtained her real estate license in 1984.  She purchased her first home at age 24 and continues to invest in real estate. 

She's a consistent Multimillion Dollar Selling Agent working for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and has earned numerous awards from the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and Massachusetts Association of Realtors.  Laurie enjoys working with people from all walks of life,  has traveled the world, and continues to grow her business through referrals from past clients and friends.   Laurie's helped hundreds of clients buy and sell real estate.
